He personally received commendation as a regional ‘Renewable Energy Business Development Manager’ and ‘Energy Efficiency Champion’ in 2019, as well as winning the national award of ‘UK Solar Innovator of the Year’ in 2019. He remains the only person to win that unique award. Finally, he was given a special commendation in 2024 recognising him as a ‘UK Energy Efficiency Champion’ in 2024.
